BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) - As part of their Dog Day, the Buffalo Bisons have invited Phoenix to lead the pre-game parade Saturday. On October 29, 2012, Phoneix the dog was hung three feet off the ground, doused with lighter fluid, then set on fire. His story has touched the lives of animal lovers and beyond. He's now nearly recovered and sharing love with the Western New York community. The Bisons host the Indianapolis Indians on Saturday at 1:05 p.m. Fans who purchase and adult ticket may bring their canine companions for free. There will be a special section set up in the Coca-Cola Field Pavilion and Sections 126 and 128 so that you can watch the game with your ?best friend.?
