Kevin Guiliano went 3-for-4, including a double, with four RBIs and two runs scored as Ashland Legion held off visiting North Chelmsford, 10-8, for its second straight win in a Zone 5 game Tuesday night at Ashland Middle School.
Ben Smith went 2-for-3 with two triples, a walk and three runs scored, Steve Mahoney went 3-for-4 with a run and an RBI, and Chris Moberg went 2-for-3 with an RBI for Ashland (11-6), which collected 14 hits, a night after recording 16 hits in a 9-5 win over Reading.
Reliever Nick Edwards closed out the win to earn the save for Post 77.
Trailing 1-0, Ashland scored six runs in the third inning and then three in the fourth to make it 9-3 after four.
Post 77 has three games remaining in the regular season and is battling to finish in the top four of the zone and land an Intrastate playoff berth.
MILFORD 6, AUBURN 4: Scott Hubener went 2-for-4, including a two-run single in the top of the fifth inning to give Milford the lead for good, as Post 59 (20-4) defeated Zone 4 host Auburn.
Hubener came up with the bases loaded and knocked home Cam Cossette and Brendan Pounds, followed by Ian Strom scoring on a overthrow home to make it 6-3 Milford heading into the bottom of the fifth.
Matt Ferrelli went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run in the fourth inning to close Auburn's lead to 4-3. Milford starter Mike Tracy picked up the win allowing four runs on seven hits and striking out four in six innings, while reliever J.J. Branch allowed two hits and struck out one in the seventh inning.
NORTHBOROUGH 8, SHREWSBURY 0: Luke Serra pitched a four-hitter and struck out four, as Northborough Post 234 (10-14) defeated Zone 4 foe Shrewsbury.
John Friday went 2-for-4 with three RBIs and a run scored, while Mike Stamas finished 2-for-4 with three runs scored, an RBI and a double for Post 234.
FRANKLIN 14, NORFOLK 9 (5 1/2 INNINGS): Brad Rebello went 3-for-4 with four RBIs, three runs scored, and a stolen base for Franklin as Post 75 (18-4) defeated Norfolk in a darkness-shortened Zone 6 West matchup.
Riley Young was 2-2 with three RBIs, three runs scored, and two stolen bases, while Steven Gilbert finished 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, an RBI, and a run scored for Franklin.
Kevin Dolan picked up the win in five innings of work, allowing four unearned runs and striking out three.

ASHLAND 6, HOLLISTON 3: Zach Blecher threw a five-hitter with five strikeouts and Derek Masionis went 2-for-4 with a double and three RBIs as visiting Ashland (12-4) held off Holliston (6-11-1) for a victory in a Central Mass. Senior Babe Ruth non-division game.
Blecher allowed two earned runs in the complete game effort. Mike Lichtenstein hit an RBI double, Thomas Schelling went 2-for-3 with a double, two runs and an RBI, and Christian Rieck went 2-for-3 with a run and an RBI for Ashland, which led 3-2 before pulling away withy three runs in the seventh inning.
Andrew Keim went 2-for-3 with an RBI, and Dan Higgins also went 2-for-3 for Holliston, which took a 2-1 lead after trailing 1-0.
NATICK 3, SUDBURY 2 (8 INN.): David Reynolds hit into a fielder?s choice that scored Nick Wilson from third to give Natick (8-10) an extra-inning victory over Sudbury (14-5) in a CMSBR North game.
Trailing 2-1 in the top of the seventh, Chris Bennett put down a suicide squeeze with one out to score Reynolds and send the game to extra innings. Keith Gusmini allowed two earned runs on four hits in a complete game effort, while also striking out four for Natick.
Chris Malone hit a two-run double in the fourth inning to give Sudbury a 2-1 lead.
MARLBOROUGH 10, HOPKINTON 0 (5 INN.): Eric Schmidt tossed a four-hit shutout as Marlborough (10-7) blanked host Hopkinton (2-13-1) in a CMSBR non-division game mercy ruled after five innings.
Schmidt, who allowed two walks and struck out three, also had a hit, two RBIs and a run scored. Lou Santiago drew two walks and scored twice, Peter Benjaminsen also scored two runs, Mike Bonk had a double and two walks, and Zach Graham had two hits for Marlborough, which scored three runs in the fifth inning and two in the second for a 5-0 lead, and closed it out wi5th five runs in the fifth.
Josh Tartaglia hit a double for Hopkinton.
